BLOG PEOPLE BLOG!!!

Elder Ballard really wants you to. Here are a couple
excerpts from one of his talks.

May I ask that you join the conversation by participating on the Internet, particularly the New Media, to share the gospel and to explain in simple and clear terms the message of the Restoration. Most of you already know that if you have access to the Internet you can start a blog in minutes and begin sharing what you know to be true. You can download videos from Church and other appropriate sites, including Newsroom at LDS.org, and send them to your friends. You can write to media sites on the Internet that report on the Church, and voice your views as to the accuracy of the reports.

Let me give you a few other examples of how Church members are using the New Media. A Church member living in the Midwest makes a concerted effort to share the gospel everyday, in person. He then writes a blog about his daily endeavors to share the teachings of the Book of Mormon and to give pass-along cards to all that he meets. He has written about many of these experiences. For example, one of his entries, titled “Punjab at Gas Station” reads:

I know my blog isn't very gospel oriented but I have posted some spiritual experiences in the past. And it's also like keeping a journal (which we are also encouraged to do) and a great way to stay in touch with friends and family.
so, lets blog.

"SuperNoah"

HAPPY DAY TO ALL THE MOTHERS!

Everybody check out Mary's blog...my little star. It is so cute. I love it. I wish she would teach me how to blog so I could do something fun here, besides this.
Dad and I are going to see (also hear) David Cassidy in Concert tonight at Tuachan.
Anybody remember him? The Partridge Family? I didn't think so. That must be how we came to be going tonight. Free tickets. Then in the morning, we fly to Phoenix for
dinner. We are going to Church there as well. So, Happy Mother's Day to Mom, Angie, Mary, Tomoko, and Rebecca. I love you all! Love, Mom
